Chase Road Intersection with Meridian Street (East Side). Several "gaps" in the two paved sections are opening up giving way to subgrade/base layers. Look for these gaps along the east edge of Meridian Street travel lane (northbound) as is passes ahead of the three lanes of Chase Road. Thanks.
