Opis

We have patiently waited for the City to correct this issue for over a year. My son needs to walk under this bridge to get to school which will be starting a the next couple of weeks and he is afraid to. This area stinks and is full of trash. Not to mention my property value has fallen. Most importantly, this issue has festered and is growing and will continue to grow with out intervention. The people who are living under this bridge deserve better. Please help them get into housing and relieve this community from this mess. If you are not the correct people to solve this issue who is responsible? Let me know so my concern gets to the right people.
