"Illegal Dumping inside the County Right-of-Way". DEQ will not be taking any action. Needs clean up by Adult Probation if inside County ROW. Off of River Rd and Craycroft Rd. "In the Culverts northeast of the property under river road west of Craycroft" NE of 3616 N Camino Rio Soleado". This address shows as private but NE shows County. "Current ongoing occurrence." May need Field Review before sent to Adult Probation for clean up.
