I see a new LLC buying a dilapidated old home in Derby , same name as what's is hizzoner...I wonder if real estate flipping is the new venture , his other one went belly up
It might make sense , he's receiving tutelage from a big shot NH Realtor Group..Sad he chooses Derby and not his home town for profitable deed.
I certainly hope it was a gimme from Derby , no , of course sealed bid and due process was followed
