Bacchus south of New Bingham Hwy. is not maintained by UDOT. Roads outside of UDOT jurisdiction are maintained by the local city or county. From Old Bingham Hwy. south to 11800 S. it is either South Jordan or Salt Lake County. The line between the two jurisdictions looks like it follows Bacchus which makes it hard to know for certain who maintains the road. I've forwarded the submission to both however if you would like more information or to follow up I would recommend contacting them directly,

I heard back from Salt Lake County and they confirmed that South Jordan has jurisdiction over that part of Bacchus Hwy.

This section has been an issue for 9 months or more. Its getting worse everyday

Thank you for submitting the request however you may have noticed that it is listed as an "unaffiliated request." That means the entity that has jurisdiction over the road isn't using See Click Fix. UDOT has opted to use the service but we only maintain state and federal routes like S.R. 68 (Redwood Rd.) and U.S. 89 (State St.). Bacchus Hwy South Jordan, UT 84095 at this location is maintained by South Jordan. I would recommend contacting them directly, https://www.sjc.utah.gov/public-works/
