People in that street think they own everything, they save each other parking, they have loud music early in the morning, some of us have night jobs.

Seems your EXCELLENT point but being 70 y.O. I say live and let live. I'd send a WRITTEN letter to the listed Landlord and ask HIM as the landlord to talk with this tenant. From past experience works wonders.

This is not only during summer it’s literally all the time. Besides that’s THE SIDEWALK not their backyard. I would leave it alone but people should feel free to pass by without asking for permission. Sometimes they even smoke weed when there are kids around It’s legal, I know but it’s annoying

NOPE---It is NOT legal to smoke weed IN PUBLIC. Call the day traffic Cop, he'd LUV to bust.

It's a cultural thing. In my opinion, the City needs to have an ISD representative available who works on the weekends and monitors this site as this does not happen during hours City Hall is open. Lots of things happen when ISD is not available. I've taken pictures and have reported many issues but unless ISD see's it during work hours, there is no enforcement.

I'm 75 and i say have a cop visit them, i have and problem solved.

I have called the cops before but they don’t do anything. Once they leave they go back outside

Made a visit SAY NITE. After seeing BROSNAN listed became hysterical. Biggest SLUMLORD there is. Feel fer all residents on that street area around market.Will rent with NO BACKGROUND CHECK! Also observed other awful landlords listed on other area buildings, incl that SLUMLORD PROPERTY OF 16 GERRISH AVE as I walked by.

Now a days it’s not just space saver in snow storm they do I al year round. Father has his his construction vehicle. Mom has a vehicle daughter and son has a vehicle. It’s a growing problem!

City Manager usually waits till weather gets cold in order to avoid addressing any of these type of issues. Reason you see these take months to get resolved, and especially don’t expect it to get resolved during an election season this past summer/fall. Guy disappears for months.
