I witnessed two African-Americans using a hypodermic needle and some smack at the bus stop in front of Saar's Supersaver. They didn't know or care that I was watching them as they filled the needle with smack and shot up. They were trying to hide what they were doing by hiding behind a couple of rain umbrellas. Then there were two others that came along and joined in. Is this what Tukwila is turning into, a shooting gallery? The city does not need citizens,especially children exposed to this filth.Why doesn't the Police Dept. have an online site like this to report important non-emergency sightings like this one?
