What looks like water has been seeping up through the street for around 2 weeks now on Beirne, just in front of the stone house at 1604. I live at 1616 Beirne. At first I thought it was a hydraulic oil spill because it has not evaporated on sunny afternoons. This morning while out for a walk, I noticed how it has grown and was wetter (more wet). I may be wrong, but it appears to be a water leak.
