Who can I file a complaint on regarding a road that has cause damage to my vehicle twice. On June 27th Quaker Rd. near Stony Brook. $215.79 cost for new tire. Again on July 25th Quaker Rd. (Near Port Mercer Canal House). $212.59 cost for new tire - Same Road, no cones were out indicating caution. Totaling $428.38 in repairs, in under 30 days. I have receipts and will take pictures of both POT HOLES. Where do I go from here?
