Description

The tree branches and bush branches overhang the south sidewalk along Plymouth here make it almost impossible for even a short person like myself to get through there unscathed. Not sure if the city is responsible for this section of the sidewalk or the apartments on top of the hill there, but please have someone fix these overhanging branches
