They are supposed to be connecting a sewer line from the patio home community to the new 'hood on Old Big Cove road. I'm not sure what kind of sewer line is flexible and traverses hills - it must be pump fed in some way since most sewer lines are solid (concrete, metal, etc) so that they can be laid to use gravity for the flow. Seems really late with all the houses over there now. Of course they have to go through the section of Ada that is all on septic systems, will mess up that part of the road, and barely touch the other section.
