Tons of Debris, tarps, wooden pallets, trash, litter, carts, paper, garbage, spilling into the street over the curb and on the side of the road. On the median and across up the freeway embankment. Traffic hazard. On W. MacArthru Blvd extending in between Emery St. and Hollis St.
