Why is this issue closed with no resolution? City workers were here for 5 minutes looking at it and drove away without doing anything.
This has been an issue since the street was milled and improperly repaved on 2/12/16. At a minimum several holes should be bored through the pavement to allow the standing water to seep into the ground. Otherwise it can take days for rainwater to evaporate away. It is impossible to access the residence walkway after any rain due to the wide and deep puddle.
