Description

The City did a massive capital improvement to Storm Drains in the Rafael/Snell Isle Blvd/Brightwaters Blvd area a couple of years back. The picture shows a big DIP in the roadway on Snell Isle Blvd directly in front of the new storm drains. Snell Isle Blvd is "sagging" at this location as is evident when you travel eastward.
