Please provide a comment on the traffic signal issue. Thank you.

Left turn arrow does not occur when sitting in westbound Ponce left turn lane. Car in front of me waited multiple cycles of light, never getting a left turn signal. There was too much eastbound traffic to turn left at a break in traffic. Not sure if it isn't reading cars, or if left turn is disabled at night. This was 8pm on a Wednesday.
