Latania B. It is a duplicate. During hurricane/tropical storm season, I will be sending requests everyday the pump is inoperable. I have flooded twice and I do not want to flood again when it can be prevented. I do not want that water in my yard killing everything a stinking it up. Thank you for your help.

Reassigning to Water Resources 2 because our Foreperson for Streetscape has investigated this issue, but it does not seem to be a Stormwater issue. Please have someone check this out.

Please let me know where to direct my notices in the future when pump is not functioning properly.

Need to verify the pumps are working, and get the generator hooked up before this storm hits this weekend.

Generators are being purchased and two of the pumps have been replaced. We are scheduling the replacement of remaining pumps. A gate has also been created to place on the pedestrian bridge.
