Description

Storm water pooling in alley and overflowing into property. Issue has been reported previously, but shuffled to a couple of departments, with no resolution. Due to proximity to electrical and cable outlets this continues to be a safety concern to residents and pets. This also provides a mosquito breeding ground as it takes up to a week for the water to recede. Frequent flooding continues to present potential personal property damage. Of note, this is not a paved alley way.
