New Exxon station - drainage issue between side walk and curb. HCAD #1300950020001. Property has no clear address. The construction appears compete but the ditch and drainage was left unfinished. This should fail inspection.

City inspector Richard Woodmansee investigated the concern at 1410 Shepherd. This new Exxon Station is just south of I10. He met with the owner and he said this is remodeling of the property. The owner also ensure the he will have it cleaned up. Inspector will follow up for compliance. This case is closed.
