drug addicts living on 341 center st 3rd floor, crack whore living there with a bunch of guys, there selling and using. need to be arrested or evicted from house, also how is it that section 8 lets that women have all the guys living there and they dont say anything when she is the only one on the lease. why cant she be thrown off housing and out in jail for fraud. lets get this issue resolved asap. before someone gets hurt. we dont need crack addicts living in our town. cops need to go there and see for there selves what is going on there, instead of just driving by and doing nothing.

I drive by that house all the time and there are always alot of traffic coming in and out of that house. cops seem to be doing nothing about the situation. Girl that lives on 3rd floor has a bunch of guys that are not supposed to be staying there, her name is identified as Cindy. She has a bad reputation for drug activity. The landlord needs to do something about drud addicts living there. Word of mouth is that he has been notified and hopefully he will take action.

I wish they would get rid of all the traffic going on at 341 center street there is so much traffic. Just wish the cops would arrest all of them. we need to clean up our town. Take the crack and prostitute out of that house. Landlord needs to evict them

I feel the owner of this house needs to go in that house and see what is going on and who lives there. He needs to do a big eviction. Get drug free tenants that will take care of the apartment. We need the police to keep watching the comings and goings at the house.

Pretty soon this city will be called CRACK HAVEN. There is so much drug activity in this city and they keep getting away with it. Time to STOP all this illegal drug dealing in our city.

the same thing is going to happen at this residence as it did on the house on center street where the house burnt down because of the first floor tenant smoking crack with his hoe. the landlord was notified and chose not to do anything, he was getting his rent from section 8 too.

Section 8 is more apt to help someone who is on crack and drugs than a mother and her children who have fallen on hard times and just trying to make ends meet my working 2 jobs and then has to come home to a crack infested house.

Yes,Agreed. If you make it hard for the Crack Heads to sell their crack, they will vacate at any location. If you have Section 8 tenants that really need a home "good tenants" and you are not a absentee landlord even better. Or better yet do a major renovation to your rental property so you can command higher rental fee's and tenants that will take pride in their neighborhood. They are out their, you just need to clean house.

I suggest that you get in touch with the guardian angels . I seen them operate. They will sit on that location day in and day out making there presents know. Potential customers will see them there constantly and keep going. No customers ,no business . Eventually the dealer will confront them (guardian angels) and risk the police being called, which i don't think they want, or they will take there business else where. Although we would rather see them arrested.

Encourage city to support the proposed "blight council"and make absentee landlords pay attention.Owning rental property is a BUSINESS. Waterbury has already laid out a great plan for us to follow.If landlords protect WH and refuse to renew leases to people who cause "trouble", 90% of drugs, dirt, speeding, noise and other disturbances etc. will walk right out of this city.Think also of less strain on the police...usually responding to calls on the same houses.
