Description

My wife is unable to access the library. She is pregnant and unable to lift the stroller when she brings my son there. There is an elevator but they won't allow her to use it. There is a guard there but he is too busy sitting doing nothing so he doesn't want to help and if he finally does offer some help by perhaps holding a door, he does so with a lot of attitude. This is really unfortunate that access is not provided to residents even though there is an elevator that could be used. If I pay taxes to help fund the library I would like to be able to use it...including the elevator if needed.
