sorry for the duplicate, I'm new to this. these trash cans are old and seem not to be serviced, but people think that you can throw trash in them so they are accumulating trash. it might not be showing in the picture, but there is a second concrete trash can that has been knocked over and is broken.
If these are not being serviced regularly, can they be removed, please?

Thanks for reporting this issue! Public Works has an illegal dumping team whose sole job is to respond to illegal dumping reports throughout the City. On average this team removes 1,200 pounds of trash from public property every day. We strive to respond to all reports in a timely fashion. If you see someone dumping illegally please report the incident to the Vallejo Police Department.
Depositing garbage and debris onto public property is a violation Vallejo Municipal Code section 7.44.100 which is a misdemeanor offense with a penalty of $1,000 fine and/or up to 6 months in jail. Please do not move garbage and debris from private property to the street or alley.
