Office of Sustainability - Special Districts assigned this issue to Code Compliance

This dumpster has been reported in the past. It continues to be left out all week long and promotes others to dump there and the surrounding sidewalk area. It is creating not only an eyesore but also a sanitary issue with garbage constantly littered on the floor and running down the street during the rainy season.

Thank You for your comments. County staff has been out to this site and has spoken to one of the tenants we will be following up with the others. According to the tenant, this bin gets serviced twice a week. According to our County Ordinance Code, a bin or cart can be set out 24 hours before and after service. We will be following up with the garbage company, tenants and the property owner. Thank You for reporting.

This issue has been resolved. Dumpster put back into the property.
