Description

Major sinkhole in the making - major liability for city of Oakland. Pothole is approximately 12" in diameter at surface, but 3-4' in diameter underneath surface and approximately 2' deep. This is on 3rd street, so has SIGNIFICANT 18 wheeler traffic, and due to construction, trucks are having to drive outside of normal traffic lanes constantly. When this collapses it could cause a major accident involving an 18 wheeler.
