Description

There are American flags on telephone poles on opposite sides of the street on High St near the Pettee corner that have been hanging upside down for months. I'm sure they started rightside up but have been flipped around by the wind. Don't know if it's a city thing or a utility company thing but it needs somebody's cherry picker to fix.
