Description
I requested a new cart a few weeks ago and it was dropped off. However, the old cart was not picked up. I kept the old cart in the back of the house where my trash is picked up but the new cart was dropped off in the front. I did not know when it was being dropped off or I would've brought the old one down, I also thought it would be dropped off in back where my trash is picked up. I just need the old cart to be taken away. Thank you!
