Spivey Rd., view distracted by overhanging tree limbs and high weed growth at the intersection of Spivey Rd. and Walt Stevens when trying to view on coming traffic when turning left from Spivey on to Walt Stevens. This is the second time I have reported this obstruction at this intersection in the past few months.

Saturday, Aug. 3 2019, around 9:00 am we came down Walt Stevens going east, there was a two car wreck with both cars on wreckers as a result of the obstructed view turning left and cars speeding coming over the hill on Walt Steven's going west. The view is obstructed and easily be fixed by trimming overhanging limbs and mowing over grown ground weed growth. Please take care of this obstruction before someone else is hurt.
