Unfortunately, SW 102nd Avenue is not a County maintained roadway therefore we can not provide any resolution regarding the potholes that exist. It appears that this is a privately maintained road. Private roads are either maintained by an HOA if one is established in the neighborhood or it is the responsibility of the residents that live on the street to come together to repair the road. If the street signs that label your road are white with green numbers and letters, then the road is private. If SW 75th Way has potholes, then the County is responsible for filling them (note that the sign is green with white letters and numbers).
