Section of sidewalk holding water.

Q. Please describe the issue.
A. The sidewalk between our driveway and the neighbor's driveway to the north has sunken over the years. Anytime it rains, it is submerged under water, especially adjacent to our water meters. Of course, the concrete gets green and slimy, and is slippery as well. Perhaps it could be raised a bit and re-poured? Thank you.
