Description

3 very aggressive dogs are being barely contained in an unsafe fenced in yard. These dogs have had a history escaping the yard, are never walked / exercised, and are extremely aggressive to anyone near their yard. There are many small children in the surrounding houses. The dog owners need to repair / replace their fence as soon as possible before there is a tragedy.
