I got routed onto WB VanWinkle Expressway at 1300 E, when my intention was to turn east. There were no signs warning of the reroute. This traffic diversion with no signage at rush hour is unacceptable.

The project team replied back to your comment. Below is their response.
"We apologize that there was no warning of the reroute from 1300 East onto Van Winkle Expressway. We have reminded the contractor how important it is to have clear signage that warns of any changes to traffic patterns. They have promised to place signs far enough in advance of lane closures so traffic has a chance to reroute as needed.
Over the next couple of weeks, there will be intermittent lane closures while crews finish striping on the road and repairing pedestrian ramps. Signs will clearly direct motorists safely through the work zone. Throughout the rest of the project, there is no need for construction to reroute traffic at the 1300 East intersection."
