Description
The gravel shoulders of Wagner Rd on both sides of the road are inches below the asphalt pavement edge. In some areas brush is growing into the space blocking passage for bikes or pedestrians. Coming off the overpass walkways is hazardous for bike riders. Is this a city , county , or state issue?

Finally the road shoulder needs to be filled in with more gravel or paved. I will send pictures.
Cyclists coming from Dexter Rd. use Wagner to get south. Crossing at Zeeb is better but out of the way.

What is the correct grade for a road shoulder? I would think the sand and gravel should start level with the asphalt so there is not a 2"drop from the road bed. It is hazardous for cyclists.
