Description

Hi.
There is a storm drain that is just on the edge of the YMCA parking lot next to the sidewalk I am not sure if it belongs to them or the city. It is full of debris and clogged. My adjacent property frequently gets water seepage along the wall where this drain is and National Grid is pumping water out of its tunnels on Hancock Street as I write this. I am not sure if it is all connected but it would be nice to have that drain cleared regardless. thanks.
