Description
The property is managed by RMS rental. The front apt is not maintained properly. There are several windows without screens or falling out, mini blinds falling apart in the windows. Their are several plastic containers for plastic bottles scattered along the house. A used television has been outside in the side walkway for over a month. The rear unit has aluminum siding loose. The property is in general disrepair and an eyesore.
