The upper portion of this street is in severe disrepair with almost literally hundreds of potholes. Some potholes have potholes inside them, that have another layer of pavement peeling off.. Hard to navigate in my truck and almost impossible on my motorcycle. With the revenue that these townhouses at the top of the hill bring in to the city this should be fixed so that the residents can spend their money in carnegie and not at the repair shop. They fixed the lower portion of this street a few months back and it was not even as bad as this top half...not sure why they didn't do both parts the first time.
