Missed heavy trash in the all neighborhood.

So what else is new? Fourth ward always gets skipped. It's no wonder people throw their heavy trash out on empty lots, when the city doesn't reliably pick it up as scheduled.

Not really, been there 15 years and only skipped 2 times.

Every month there is a pickup this month is junk and tree waste, next month only tree waste and lawn waste. They will not pick up junk on tree month.

I've seen piles of junk sit on Bailey for months before getting picked up, so I figured they've missed a number of times.
