Description
Street drain / Flume next to 1612 Feldspar CT needs to be cleaned to allow proper drainage / water flow to storm water Swale.
There are street drains / flumes throughout phase 1 of Hearthstone that need to be properly cleaned to allow proper water flow from the streets during rain and storms.
I think silt and debris needs to be cleaned out down to 2 to 4 inches below the the flumes for 6 to 8 ft?

It has been a month since this issue has been reported. Is there a time frame where this Flume will be cleaned.
Hopefully prior to the next major rain, tropical storm, or hricane we might have.

It has been 3 months since this issue has been submitted. When will the town have this flume and swale cleaned out, and the other 6 flumes in Hearthstone Phase 1
They have not been done since the town has taken over the roads.

The town has taken over the roads in Phase 1 of the Hearthstone community. When these roads were taken over by the TOL, we were told, by the town, that it would be the towns responsibility to clean out the first 6 to 8 ft after the concrete plume coming off the town roads!
