Description

There has been a lot of illegal dumping and trash build up on the corner of Yale and State Street. I would like the City to post up a new sign for littering fines and a camera on that corner. That area has a lot of foot and vehicle traffic but for some reason no camera and littering enforcement. I'm begging for someone to please look into solutions to resolve this issue.
