Description

Also known as 15 Ramsey Place. This house has been under re-hab for way too long. It's a rat trap and an eyesore. So much so the house at 11 next door never got sold after an investor bought it fixed it up and put it on the market. The current owner is rarely there working.

They also are now doing noisy work now at 8:30 pm. Can you run a noisy construction site at 8:30 pm in a residential neighborhood?
