Description

this person lives by my house but she (or he) always parks on the handicap ramp most of the time very close to it and sometimes she is right over it . We reported that to the 911 police officers came and It looks normal for them .she I he never get a ticket or a warning .. I see people always getting around the car because the sidewalk is block.. the person is very mean and rude disrespectful . the women said the st is free so she can parks wherever she wants.. the owner of the car lives in 4387 Casper.
