In ground pool . Newer owners removed fence that was around pool last year. Drive way gate on Lewis is always open. Large gate on San Mateo was added and is usually open

The gate on Lewis was damaged and I think removed. A section of the fence along San Mateo was removed earlier this year and a temporary fence was added closer to San Mateo. There was a fence around the pool that the new owners removed the first year they were there. With an in ground pool they are not following code requiring to have a 48 inch fence since one gate is always open/missing on Lewis and the one on San Mateo may or may not be closed. Lots of small children in the neighborhood and this creates a safety hazard.
