The gate on Lewis was damaged and I think removed. A section of the fence along San Mateo was removed earlier this year and a temporary fence was added closer to San Mateo. There was a fence around the pool that the new owners removed the first year they were there. With an in ground pool they are not following code requiring to have a 48 inch fence since one gate is always open/missing on Lewis and the one on San Mateo may or may not be closed. Lots of small children in the neighborhood and this creates a safety hazard.
