Description

It takes a long time to make a left turn to get on Cogburn road due to no left signal, especially during morning school hours. Also, the green light does not last for more than a couple seconds. There is a heavy Traffic coming from Webb road making a Right turn on Cogburn Road which makes it even more difficult.
