Ah, more closures without actual closure/resolution given. Nice accountability.

It took one full year for the case of illegally parked car to be closed.

I suspect that they either never did anything and are just now closing so no one can really trace it...or the car was dealt with at the time but someone forgot to close the issue so they don't know who took care of it or when. Gotta love efficient government!
