A totally block sidewalk going to the bus stop

Q. Please describe the concern.
A. Hi, Please treat this as priority. School is about to start and there is a block sidewalk going to the the bus stop in Pinellas. The said sidewalk is specifically at 47th St N., Pinellas Park(between from/starting 88th Ave N and going to 86th Ave N). I have attached screenshots. You'll notice that is just about at the Pinellas Park water tank so you could easily locate it. If not acted upon immediately this could lead to an accident either somebody falling off the water sides or a gator waiting :( It would not take more than 5 minutes to clear the said sidewalk. If I only have tools I would have done it myself. Please attend to this at the soonest possible time, before the school start. My apologies for being so aggressive on this as our children safety are at stake here. I know you'll understand. Thank you
