Witnessed school kids playing chicken on 84th. Also pushing and shoving one another into street while cars are moving

Don't worry people----this issue is getting addressed!!!!! Pepper Middle is closing, so we don't have to worry about anyone "addressing" the issue; no more playing chicken, no more fist fights on the corner, no more!
