This is the driveway it is located on Pavonia Avenue right next to 510 Pavonia Avenue. The driveway belongs to 272 Baldwin Avenue.

Second photo the retainer wall is ready to fall. Someone’s gonna get hurt!!

I see issues about tall weeds at other locations opened after this one and they were already assigned. Why is this one ignored?

Thank you they finally cleaned it up yesterday. It is a shame that these developers buy property and then let them go which then makes the whole block look bad.
Unless I notify you by this app they never clean up their property. I'm sure in about two weeks I'll have to ask you again to have them clean up their lot. The retaining wall is also crumbling and will eventually cave in or collapse are they going to address that problem?

As per Inspector Smith, she found no cause when she went to this location.

If you mean did they fix the crumbling walls. No I am asking for the results of the inspector and what does abated mean in this instance and why was it abated?

The inspector went out on 11/18/19, and inspected the property and found no cause.
