The island in the southeast corner of 38th and 1st street is not properly marked as a right hand only turn lane and cars frequently drive over it at night and when it is raining.. the plastic poles have been ripped off the island .. the island that was in the southwest corner was previously removed so now cars going east in 38th in the right lane go through the intersection and plow into the island.

38th Ave has become 40th Ave at 1st St.

The entire median curbing is dangerous and causes significant damage to vehicle and trailer wheels as well as hazards to motorcycles. It should have a mountable edge such as all the median curbing along 4th st.
