Description
The islands installed on Chapel Street to slow traffic at Chapel & Alden are overgrown and are a safety hazard to both traffic and pedestrians. People crossing can not always see if there is traffic coming, and worse, traffic might not see pedestrians.
Secondarily, they are an eyesore. They are extremely unwelcoming and the city allowing them to become overgrown cheapens the look of the neighborhood.
