On-site investigation performed. Utilizing the brass disk corner monument at NE lot corner approximate measurements of boulder placement were taken. Limits of rock have it encroaching over northern property boundary approximately 1-2 feet; eastern edge of rock is located approx. 7 feet from eastern property line and 2 feet from utilities easement (i.e. clear of easement); there is 7 feet of available width between property boundary and rock for a 5-foot wide trail. No violation/obstruction of plat pedestrian easement found. Contractor has been directed to remove the boulder from the encroached upon property.

Is the trail going west of the rock, can you mark the trail where city is promising it will go? It is a part of required play. I would like a letter because I received a letter from Public inspector conflicts with finding from Peter Corelis. Can you provide this in writing I will pick up your record of identification of corners and easement. I disagree and believe the City has not verified.
