Description
Currently, I live in the Shadowood Farm subdivision off 6 Mile in Whitmore Lake. As a member of the HOA board, we are looking to enhance storm water drainage in our sub. Recently, an assessment from a professional noted that the pipe on the East side of our development has built up quite a bit of silt and the ditch to the railroad track could be trenched.
Thank you for your consideration,
Second email: Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. At this time there is no standing water as it is dry out, but there has been occurrences of standing water over the year. In addition, we will be putting together a plan to address other drainage issues in the subdivision which may cause more water to drain as it should. Attached is an image of the area I'm talking about. It is between Turnberry and the railroad track. If you wanted to look this up on a map, the closest house would be 7996 Turnberry Drive, Whitmore Lake, MI.
Hope this makes sense. Please let me know if it would be easiest to set up a time to discuss over the phone.
